British TV Sensation Tries to Tackle Junk Food in U.S. Schools

I recently wrote about how British TV food sensation Jamie Oliver, star of the wildly popular show "The Naked Chef," basically shamed the British government into to kicking junk food out of schools.
Now, Oliver is now setting his sights on schools here in the United States. In fact, he's been talking with networks over here to develop an American version of his provocative TV show "Feed Me Better: Starting a Revolution in Your School Dining Hall-- Jamie's School Dinners."
Reportedly, Oliver even has enlisted documentary filmmaker Morgan Spurlock (of " Super Size Me" fame) to support his U.S. project.
And boy, could we use the help.
"I saw so many fat people over there and they're dropping dead all over the f&%#ing place," Oliver said of his recent travels through the U.S.
While his statement is hyperbolic, Oliver is right when he says that "America’s kids have some of the worst health issues because of eating junk and not exercising.
