1. Begin with a 4 inch pita Break Breakfast Pita such as Muesli or Morning Grain (Break Breakfast is a healthy brand of pita sold in Canada, if you don’t have access to that brand, just stick with a small size whole weight pita – make sure there is no added sugar in the brand you pick.)
