Breakfast is my absolute favorite meal of the day and I could honestly eat breakfast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and often do! For some reason there is just so many great choices for breakfast and I love them all.
I started the morning out with my 5 capsules of Super Green Food and lemon water and then made myself a delightful Peanut Butter and Banana Raspberries on French Meadow Bakery Women's Bread. The 14 grams of protein in those two slices of bread is amazing! I feel like I am starting the day off right and the crunchy peanut butter and banana is always awesome. I use the fresh raspberries for my jam without all the sugar. Delish!

2 slices French Meadow Bakery Women's Bread
1 tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter
1 small banana, sliced
6 raspberries, sliced
I dropped the kids off and headed out for a quick run before teaching class this morning. I really needed the sweaty run today. I was up a tad on the scale this morning and was basically feeling a bit bloated. Nothing like a little detoxing run to get you going! I actually forgot that my training client wanted to push back her time by an hour today so I was able to get in another 30 minute run today as well. Poor client, I was definitely a little stinky today. I did change shirts so I would not be all sweaty but will have to remember to bring some perfume and deodorant for future visits!
I am definitely on a breakfast kick today because all the way home I just kept thinking about having a nice bowl of Kashi Heart to Heart Oat Flakes and Wild Blueberry Clusters with added fresh blueberries and Silk Heart Health Vanilla Soymilk. Yum! I can't tell you how good this was. I was really hungry number 1 and number 2 this just hit the spot. Sometimes you just have to listen to what your body wants.
So I am obsessed with trying out the new Heart to Heart Warm Cinnamon Oat Cereal but can't seem to find it anywhere. I looked for it at H.E.B. and then sent my husband over to Randall to see if he could find it, only to finally plug in my zip on the store locator and realize that they are selling it at a far away Super Target. Come on H.E.B.... we need the new Kashi cereal! Has anyone tried it yet? Is it any good? I guess I will just have to wait or mount a trip up to Super Target which may or may not have it.
Cereal obsessed, I tell you.
I still need to squeeze in my abs today and then it time to pick up the kids and take them to music class. So I am already thinking about dinner and am feeling like eggs. I think I might as well make it a full day of breakfast for all three meals.
I hope you have a great rest of your Wednesday and I will let you know what I come up with on the dinner front.
