Brains before Brawn!

First of all, give yourself a pat on the back for committing to a new health routine. The way you start out has a lot to do with the whole experience, so remember to begin your day with a boost to your brain. Eating appropriately in the morning, literally breaking your fast, does more than give you the essential caloric energy for your workouts. It also provides the basis for high-level brain function and emotional health. Look at the parameters of your chosen health plan and be sure to get that up-and-at-'em breakfast!
