Turbulence Training bodyweight cardio workout towards the tail end of my trip last week.
Craig Ballantyne refers to this as a cardio workout, but it really is a combination of cardio, strength and mobility training all rolled in to one.
The workout is a total of 8 exercises and the premise is that you complete 3 sets. I made it through 2 sets, sucking wind.
