Body Fat Scales...

are apparently worthless. I knew they weren't exact, but I had no idea how un-exact they were until I saw this:



It can vary as much as 40%?!?! I can't afford this kind of testing so I guess I'll have to be happy with just knowing I'm smaller. Maybe someday I can get a caliper test done. That probably has a better accuracy rate than the scales.
