Body Clutter Love Your Body Love Yourself

The Flylady has done it again! With a little help. She can help you organize your house. Now, your body too. No BS, do diets. Just some common sense wisdom and advise. Easy read — enjoyable — helpful too. For people with CHAOS that need help with their bodies too!

I like all the Flylady books. This was a great book, one that needs to be read over and over. It was in great condition.

5 Stars Great Insights and motivation
The authors are not an “authority” in weight-loss — they are us, women who struggled for years with body image and diet. The questions make you think and help get to some of the blockades we all face in our desire to be a healthy weight. The primary principal is taking babysteps in whatever you do so you don’t burn yourself out or overwhelm you to quit.

5 Stars Great book – just what I needed!
I have not finished the whole thing yet, but this is just what I was searching for. A friend and I are going to start meeting after the holidays and go through the book together. We believe it will help us understand why we let ourselves get so heavy and motivate us to let the past go while we work to become healthier.
