Inside Out Chipotle Chicken Salad
Ingredients
2tbspBoar's Head Deli Dressing
3 slicesBoar's Head 3 Pepper Colby Jack
3 slicesBoar's Head Chipotle Chicken
1cupbaby arugula , loosely packed
3 toothpicks
Cooking Directions
Lay chicken slices on a clean, flat work surface. Place one piece of cheese on top of each chicken slice.
Toss Arugula lightly with Deli Dressing and place in middle of each piece of cheese.
Starting at one end, tightly roll up chicken and cheese to enclose Arugula. Use toothpick to secure roll; repeat for remaining slices.
