This all took place around 3:00pm which led me to hungryville at around 6pm. I wanted something different though...
I needed something with a good amount of protein since my salad was a little lacking in that department.

1 TBSP coconut flour (I used Bob's Red Mill )
2 packs stevia
1-3 TBSP water (enough to make it all come together)
This tasty treat had 35 grams of protein, 35 grams of carbs (from high fiber sources) and 15 grams of fat (from coconut and protein). Not bad for a tasty treat. Good enough for breakfast too!
