Blogger Secret Ingredient

I am SO very excited to announce that Faith from Thought 4 Food has chosen ME to host this week’s Blogger Secret Ingredient Challenge! Thank you so much!

Anyone can participate! I will announce my ingredient and you  will create a recipe using that ingredient in any way for a chance to win a fun prize! :)

 CHICKPEAS (Garbanzo Beans)

It was a tough decision—all the past ingredients have been such great picks! I wanted to choose something easily attainable as well as enjoyable and I’ve definitely noticed a Chickpea or two floating around the blog world. They’re a wonderful source of protein and fiber and can definitely be used in a variety of ways. I can’t wait to see what you guys come up with– bring on the recipes!:)
