Once again I need to hit the road, this time down to Florida to celebrate my Mom's birthday.
With boot camp a mere 5-weeks away I cannot afford to take any time off from my workouts. In preparation for this trip I've been researching a new circuit that I can take on the road with me.
I came across Craig Ballantyne's Big 5 Fat Burning Exercise video on YouTube and used this as the basis for developing a circuit that includes:
Prisoner squats
Push-ups
Dumbbell rows
Walking lunges
Mountain climbers

In addition to the circuits I'll be continuing with the 100 Push-Up Challenge training while down in Florida. Will post an update when I'm back in New York late next week!
