People have been asking me for a list of weight loss foods. These foods (all fruits and vegetables) are especially good at helping you to feel full and are low in calories. When you are looking for foods to help you with weight loss, these are the foods that you want to turn to. The key here is to eat as many of the green leafy vegetables as you can and then add in any other vegetables that you enjoy.
