Kashi has a great line of chewy granola bars that are not quite enough to replace a whole meal, but they're great to have on hand if you just get behind and need a little something to pick up the blood sugar. At only 140 calories they pack in 4 grams of fiber, 6 grams of protein, and only 5 grams fat. It adds up to only 2 Weight Watchers points! Plus, they are packed with great stuff like nuts, raisins, dried cranberries, and even chocolate chips! I don't know how they do it. If I need more of a meal on the go, I'll grab one of these and a string cheese or some fruit. The best thing about them is that they're not really marketed as a ?diet? bar. It's just a really good, chewy granola bar that happens to be super healthy. Portion control helps too - they're pretty small, but the nuts really help to fill you up!
