Good morning cyber health friends. How’s the day treatin’ ya? I always feel so behind the times because I live in California and the day has already been going for some of my readers for three hours… I’m always playing catch up it seems . It’s wonderful and sunny here, today, and I’ve already had a crazy productive morning!
I’m continuing on my journey to making amazing tasting oats and today was definitely two steps forward in that department!
I made a huge switch, and it has seriously changed my oat relationship! Old Fashioned Oats! WOW, boy was I missing out, my oats went from little mushroom to giant mushroom (in Mario speak) in one bite!
1/2 cup wheat drink (that’sreally what it’s called @ TJ’s)1/4 cup old fashioned oats1 tsp agave nectar1/4 tsp milled flax seeds1 shake cinnamon-Mix Together in Pan Here!-Toppin’s4 raspberriescountless blueberriesPinch mini chocolate chipsSmall hand full cranberry crunch granola (no cranberries)4 halves of walnut crushedSprinkle of coconut shavings
I’m seriously getting better at oats, yay she jumps for joy!
I love the idea of berries in my oats (we finallyhave berries ). I’ve been waiting patiently for some organic ones to be at our Saturday Farmer’s Market. Oh-remember I said I was crazy productive this morning well… here it is:
I woke up at 8:30am and immediately started working on my Sex & Consent Paper that is a requirement for all University transfer students, which I am, and I had shamefully put off doing due to the 3 lengthy article reading assignment required to write the 6-8pg essay answer questionnaire. Blah! Well I finally finished this morning after about an hour. I had already started it so I didn’t do the whole thing in that little hour but it feels so good to e-mail that in and get that vicious redHold! Item taken off mySchool List. I have about three of these nasty holds to take care of before the finals week ends next Friday I’m stressed!
This will probably be a daily addition from now until finals are over next Wednesday night (7 days and counting)
Ahh these are some big agenda items!
Today is supposed to be a rest day, Rest days are Wednesday and Sunday according to myFIRMprogram, but I’m feeling pretty good today so I might save that rest day for later this week.
