Meal 1 (breakfast)

2 or more combinations of Beef/Poultry/Fish/Eggs mix with 1 type of vegetable.
1 multivitamin
2 Fish oil pills

Snack

Oatmeal/Banana
Almonds/Walnuts
No salt added Cottage cheese/Green Apples/Blueberries/Strawberries
2 Fish oil pills

Meal 2 (Lunch)

2 or more combinations of Beef/Poultry/Fish/Eggs mix with 1 – 2 different vegetables with 1 serving of 100% whole grain rice or pasta
2 Fish oil pills
1 multivitamin

Meal 3 (Dinner)

2 combinations of Beef/Poultry/Fish/Eggs mix with 1 type of vegetable.
3 fish oil pills
Organic Lactose free milk
