Beat cholesterol

One of the best ways to have low cholesterol is to not over cook your food...and never use oil when cooking.

Avocados and fish and fantastically brilliant for lowering cholesterol, and eggs have been known to keep the body free as well.

Exercise..get your body moving!

How interesting, I'd never known this before. Does it have something to do with charred food?
