Be prepared to eat healthy

If you're like the majority of Americans, eating healthy can be a problem if you're constantly on the go--but that doesn't mean that you can't stock your kitchen with nutritious edibles that'll give you all the good stuff without the extra time and hassle. Stay away from delivery and drive-thrus and keep foods on hand that can easily be put together in five to ten minutes: frozen veggies, whole grain pasta, reduced fata cheese, canned veggies and beans, pre-cooked grilled chicken breast, whole grain pita bread, and salad greens, to name a few.
