I hope everyone got a good night's rest, I did but I was actually lured out of bed by thought of making a delicious and comforting bowl of oats. I woke up hungry and was excited to make a classic bowl of Banana Walnut Flax Oats. Banana Walnut Flax Oats
1/2 cup of rolled oats 1 cup of water
Cook oats and water over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Awesome bowl. I love thee oats, especially with flax.

As for today, the kids and I will be gone all day. They are going to accompany me to Baby Boot Camp this morning and then we are off to golf and swim until it is time to get ready for Kids In Motion class at Hill Country Fitness. Then a stop at Yogurt Planet and the Library. This is my free evening so I will try to make something tasty for dinner.
I am off to pack up for the day and I will most likely bring a pear and cheddar cheese to the pool for my after swim snack. Ah yes, I get to swim laps for an hour and I am really looking forward to it.
