I have been reading a lot about essential fatty acids recently, particularly about the ratios of Omega 6's to Omega 3's. I thought I had a fairly healthy diet however when I looked at it closely I found my ratios of 6's to 3's were about 20 to 1 when they are supposed to be about 2 to 1. I am trying to balance things out. Is anyone else here looking into this? I would love to hear what you have found and how you are doing with changes.
