Avoid eating leftovers of kids

This is for those who have young kids. Whatever the kids leave on their plates, we tend to just pop that into out mouths. We feel that there is no point wasting good food. But it really piles on the calories – especially since the food we give to kids is usually calorie rich. I also used to do that a lot, until I realized that I was just putting on weight that I work very hard to lose. So my suggestion is, eat what you should be eating and whatever the kids leave behind – throw it in the bin where it belongs!
