are almonds 100% healthy?

Yes, with exception if you are alergic to nuts of course. Almond nuts are rich in dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals and packed with numerous healths promoting phyto-chemicals; this kind of well balanced food helps to protect against diseases and cancers. Almonds are high in monounsaturated fats, the same type of health-promoting fats as are found in olive oil, which have been associated with reduced risk of heart disease.

Just don't eat more than a hand full of almond nuts a day because a handfull will provide enough recommended levels of minerals, vitamins and protein.
