I love this cookbook! Everything is easy, fast, yummy, and has minimal dishes! What more could you ask for in a cookbook? I’m used to starting dinner and 2 hours later it’s ready, i am surprised each time how fast it was. I have made dinner out of it for the past 2 weeks and have not been disappointed. I also have veginomicon there are a few things in the new one that are in that one but tweaked, and better. I cannot put this down!

I love this book so much. For some reason I’m the only vegan who doesn’t have the authors other cookbooks but now I have to get them. I love how funny the author is when you’re reading the recipes-we all need that sometimes. I’ve made several recipes so far and have loved them all-especially the dressings. I was surprised at not seeing any baking/dessert recipes, but do we really want low-fat/no-fat desserts? That is what dessert is-an occasional treat. I think the way the categories are split is genius and there are so many innovative recipes. Love love love is all I can say.
