Another New Obsession- Dorset Muesli + Still Time To Register

Good Morning and Happy Thursday!

I am just a wee bit giddy this morning.  As I mentioned yesterday ,I am completely in love with Muesli and had to run out and get a variety of my favorite brand- Dorset Cereals.




Now, I must admit I am a sucker for marketing and this brand hits the spot on that front!  I had intended to make my own muesli (which is super easy by the way) but was swayed by these cute, colorful boxes.  Then I had the debate as to which one I should get which is no easy task because they all sound amazing!  Thus, I picked up one of each and can't wait to give each one a try: )




Dorset Cereals:

I have been proofing my materials and working on my presentation and just get so excited about it because I really want to share my joy of eating with others!  One of the things that makes me sad is the the fact that we punish ourselves with food.  I hear countless clients talk about "good" food, "bad" food, good days, bad days. Wouldn't it be wonderful to just eat, not a lot, but just enough to make you happy and satisfied?  To not have guilt over every morsel of food that you put in your mouth?!  That is my mission- to bring joy back to eating and to inspire you to eat for your own health and happiness!

To make our recipes, we take natural ingredients and carefully blend them together. We visit our suppliers to make sure we are using the best possible ingredients. The result is a really tasty breakfast that’s a good source of fibre and contains wholegrains. Simple, but then the best things in life usually are.



I am shaking up my breakfast routine a bit and even bought WHOLE MILK  European Style Yogurt.

This is big, because I come from the low-fat, non-fat era of health and weight-loss ideas and the thought of buying full fat whole milk yogurt is anathema to me.  Now, my own Health Coach thought I should give it a try because it is less processed,  has less sugar, allows your body to absorb the vitamins better and is more satisfying.  Thus, I am going to give it a whirl.



I will report back my findings once I try it!  For now, I am off to work and have a fun day planned for all my clients : )
