To make our recipes, we take natural ingredients and carefully blend them together. We visit our suppliers to make sure we are using the best possible ingredients. The result is a really tasty breakfast that’s a good source of fibre and contains wholegrains. Simple, but then the best things in life usually are.
I am shaking up my breakfast routine a bit and even bought WHOLE MILK European Style Yogurt.
This is big, because I come from the low-fat, non-fat era of health and weight-loss ideas and the thought of buying full fat whole milk yogurt is anathema to me. Now, my own Health Coach thought I should give it a try because it is less processed, has less sugar, allows your body to absorb the vitamins better and is more satisfying. Thus, I am going to give it a whirl.
I will report back my findings once I try it! For now, I am off to work and have a fun day planned for all my clients : )
