As a big fan of Yoga Journal, I came across a great article regarding Spring time and fasting.
Since I recently went on a fast, I felt this need to read more about it and also, to maybe perform a second fast.
Spring is the perfect time according to the article as it represents a large change and a new beginning with the seasons as the guide.
Yoga Journal recommended a three day fast while supplementing yoga poses that alleviate and help in digestion. I will try it and post more about it!
