Another day of school and work

Another quick Monday post- bedtime!

Exercise: LBWO- increased all weights. Already feeling it!

Meal 1: Banana cream smoothie- 1/2 c skim milk, 1 lg banana, 1 scoop vanilla EAS, cinnamon, ice

Meal 2: Kashi Go Lean + 0% chobani

Meal 3: TJ’s min whole wheat pita + 2 tbsp TJ’s tri-layer dip (obsessed!), baby carrots + 1/2 c lf cottage cheese

Meal 4: Peanut Butter Cookie Luna Bar (I missed luna bars!)

Meal 5: Leftover chicken pieces from last night dipped in ketchup, steamed broccoli

Meal 6: HUGE nectarine

More tomorrow, night!
