Amazing Natural Alternative Allergy Roll On Recipe

I used to use a lot of toxic products and medication. I had such bad allergies that I had to take anti-histamines all year round, had allergy shots and used to spend every evening scratching my whole face until it was swollen and red. One day I scratched my eyes so much that I scratched my eyeball and had to go to hospital.
When I changed my diet and started eating a real food diet my allergies pretty much went away which I was very very thankful for. It seems strange that seasonal allergies can be related to food but when you eat food that you are intolerant to (in my case dairy) your system gets clogged up and unable to function normally, and you end up with allergic reactions to things that we shouldn’t be allergic to, like pollen.
I spent a few years completely allergy free and feeling great while I was on a strict dairy free diet.
But lately I’ve been enjoying life and my food a little bit too much, which means I’ve been eating some food that doesn’t agree with me on a regular basis. This has meant my allergies have started to flare up again unfortunately.
But this time I’m not worried – I have everything under control. I don’t need medication and when I do start getting itchy watery eyes and sneezing I can control it very easily. How? With my all natural homemade allergy roll on!
This allergy roll on contains lavender, lemon and peppermint. These oils are all a known protocol for using against allergies and they really do work! The only oils that I recommend are Young Living therapeutic grade oil. This is because the oils are extracted with such low pressure and low temperature that the therapeutic properties remain intact. So they do what they are supposed to – AND this roll on saves you money. Because these oils are so strong and concentrated you don’t need to use much of them. I don’t recommend any other oils other than Young Living as they may actually harm you rather than help you.
Add the lavender , lemon and peppermint essential oils into your roller bottle by dropping them in straight from the bottle.
Fill your roller bottle (Get yours here ) to the top with your almond oil or other carrier oil. This is likely to over spill very easily so I would suggest using a glass dropper (Get yours here ) to put your carrier oil in the bottle.
Put the roller top on the bottle and gently shake it.
How to use
Roll your allergy roll on, on to your skin. I usually put it on the soles of my feet, my wrists or eyebrows or under my nose if I’m really suffering.
As a preventative measure I apply this to my skin every 3 hours throughout the day.
Other uses for this allergy roll on
Avoid the eyes and ears. If you do get it into your eyes, use a carrier oil such as olive oil or coconut oil to wipe the oil away. Do not use water – it will make it worse.
