Adding "printable recipe link" and nutrition info to your blog

1. Printable Recipe Site:
Fairly recently I got a question on how to create a printable recipe and I can't, for the life of me, remember who it was. I must have killed that memory brain cell in college.
So here is a quick tutorial on how to create a printable recipe.....or, at least how I create a printable recipe.
I go to Google Sites and actually create a new sub-site for each recipe I want to create a "printable" for.
First you have to name your site. I named mine "Coastal Cooking". You only do this initial part once.
Once I'm in there I click "Create Page" and name the new page the same name as the recipe. I then add a photo (this is optional) and copy and paste the recipe.
I click "Save" and then copy the URL and paste it as a link where I've typed "Printable Recipe".
I wanted to put print screens of all this but I can't figure out how. If anyone knows please let me know and I'll add that.
2. Nutrition Info:
This is a really easy one. I go to Spark Recipes and click the Recipe Calculator.
Now I have a question for you. Has anyone ever posted a really mean or inappropriate comment on your blog? I notice a lot of folks have the comments where it will only be posted after blog owner approval. It makes me wonder if they've been burned by a mean comment.
