AB & Banana Raspberries on Cinnamon Raisin English Muffin

Good Morning and Happy Hump Day!
I am loving this summer sleep schedule. I get to sleep in a whole hour later and it really makes a difference in how I feel. So I started the day off with a glass of warm lemon water like I do everyday and then decided that I needed to use the bananas and raspberries that I have in my house.
Therefore, I turned to one of my favorite breakfasts with a little twist...I used Dark Chocolate Almond Butter on one half of my AB & Banana Raspberry on Cinnamon Raisin English Muffin. Wow! Whole Foods has a grind it yourself Dark Chocolate Almond Butter and it is truly amazing stuff. I LOVE Almond Butter and the Dark Chocolate Almond Butter is heavenly. 1 Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin English Muffin 1/2 tablespoon Dark Chocolate Almond Butter 1/2 tablespoon Almond Butter 1 small banana, sliced Handful of Raspberries
This was a great way to start the morning along with a cup of Joe!
The kids are going to tag along to Baby Boot Camp and my training session because hubby is in Las Vegas on business and then they really, really want to go to the movie Imagine That. It is supposed to get up to 103 degrees today so I don't think it is a bad idea.
I am going to squeeze in a 30 minute treadmill interval run and my weight circuit today. I still feel great from all the swimming and the weight maintained the same this morning so I am a happy camper all around!
I am not sure what is on deck for the rest of the day as far as food... I am debating if I should go the liquid lunch route or not.... I guess I will see how I feel. I also had a bunch of rip bananas that needed to be used and made a beautiful Banana Bundt Cake with an optional Orange Cream Cheese Glaze (kids like it plain) and will be sharing the recipe later on today.
