Good morning sunshines! I hope everyone is having a great start to their day!
Do you believe that I had a meeting for work today at 6 A.M.?!?! Wowzers! Thank goodness that is a very rare thing and isn’t standard for my job! And also thank goodness that I actually woke up on time at 5:10 A.M.! Maybe I was pitying myself for having to get to work that early or maybe it was having to forgo my iced coffee this morning since I ruined it by trying to use my new powdered creamer, but I was in the mood for treating myself to a little something extra this morning. (Side Note: powdered creamer does not dissolve in iced coffee and instead just clumps up! Do not try it!) So whatever the reason, I decided that I deserved two breakfasts this morning! If I had my way, I would eat breakfast all day, every two hours!
A few hours later, I dove into my second breakfast that I packed up to take with me to work – half a container of Chobani’s blueberry Greek yogurt mixed with half a blueberry scone and a small handful of granola. Do you believe that I forgot to take a picture? I’ve been having this breakfast so often though, that for your benefit, here’s a recycled photo from earlier in the week:

I wanted to use some more of my pumpernickel loaf that I picked up at the farmer’s market on Tuesday, so I made myself another sandwich for lunch today. I have a couple of cans of tuna hanging out in my pantry and figured it was about time that I used one up!
