To make your detox even simpler, focus on green smoothies and one of your favorite vegetable dishes. I am making green smoothies for breakfast and lunch and eating my current favorite extra vegetable marinara over chickpeas for dinner. Focus on eating vegetables that you like and do not buy any crazy “cleansing” products or diet aids. Keep it simple!
