A Healthy Food Trolley

Here is my idea of what a healthy food trolley should look like.

  1. Lots of fruits and vegetables, in a riot of colors.
  2. Wholegrain (instead of refined)
  3. Lean cuts of meat
  4. Sugar Free fruit juices
  5. Low-fat dairy products

I would love to hear your suggestions.

Sugar free fruit juice can be filled with horrible chemicals like aspertame or sucrose. The best way to make fruit juice is to buy the fruit and blend it up...it is yummier and healthier. And it is guarenteed to not contain any chemicals.
I know water isn't technically a food, but it's key to any healthy diet. If you're eating fruit, I'm not sure you need the juice. I also think once a person really starts drinking enough water, they have a lot less desire for other beverages.
I think that other great things for a food trolley would be fresh, raw nuts, dehydrated veggies with sea salt, good quality olives, a massive selection of waters -- like a wine tasting!, hard boiled eggs, labneh and a selection of honeys and olive oils for garnish and seasoning.
