A healthier steak

Want to have your steak and eat it too?

If you're looking to indulge in one of your favorite meals, but wish it was a bit healthier, look no further than grass-fed cows.

According to the article I've linked to from the post title, the meat of grass-fed cows is leaner (up to a third less fat per serving) and healthier (more Omega 3s).

The prices get a little higher for grass-fed beef, and it's still not in many mainstream grocery stores, although a store growing in popularity in my area, Whole Foods, is now carrying it.
