Don't eat late. Eat dinner, preferably before 7 and it'll help you to not gain weight. When you eat so late you don't have time to burn it off before you are eating again the next day. Try to remember to eat lots of small meals through the day. We are all busy, but of you get your calories all through the day you won't find yourself justifying stuffing your face at 9. :) and that's all for today!
