Today's post is short, sweet and totally honest.
Be good to yourself. Eat when you're hungry.
Enjoy the comfort foods sometimes.
Take time to enjoy the sunsets. Take time to appreciate the rainy days.
Indulge in joy, not food.
Indulge in yourself and your talents, not just when you do things right. Learn from your mistakes.
Take time to stop and breath.
Exercise but do something you enjoy. If you hate running, don't run.
If you want to change something about yourself, do it, and when all else fails, remember these simple sayings I heard today that put things in perspective for me
"Life is all about how you handle Plan B"
"When you think you can and when you think you can't, you're right." Remember this, God is in control, you're not. Heaven awaits us all, and this earth and all its pain and temporary joys and fulfillments are through Him and His will alone. God Bless You all.
