8 great reasons to love your body!

I found this in SHAPE magazine and I had to share. It is too easy for people (especially women) to feel bad about themselves. Who can help it with all of the skinny celebrities and models that grace news stands and magazines EVERY where we look?

If you are trying to jump start a healthy lifestyle, start with practicing self-acceptance!

Here’s a list of 8 reasons why you should beproudof who you are, from head, shoulders, knees to toes! (It is geared towards women!)

  1. Because your body is unique. There aren’t any two people exactly alike.

  2. Because it’s able to complete amazing feats, walk, run, climb, squat (and don’t forget have children!)

  3. Because no matter how badly you treat it, it’s willing to give you a second chance.

  4. Because it’s expressive, pay attention to your body and how it feels.

  5. Because let’s face it, confidence is sexy.

  6. Because your daughter must learn to love hers.

  7. Because somebody out there loves, admires and adores it.

  8. Because you’ll regret not loving it more later.

So there it is ladies. Print those 8 reasons out and start LOVING your body, it’s the only one you got!
