Well, I ran about 2 miles the other day and haven't been running for 4 years, so I am very sore. Of course I am not going to weigh myself until a week or 2 from now since I just started this weight loss journey a couple days ago. Today I also walked about 3 miles...holding one kid in a sling and pushing the other in a stroller all around the Presidio and Chestnut street in SF so my son could play in the park by the library. So my exercizing is going well and I have been eating less junk, but still probably eating too much portion wise of everything else. I find that eating warm food often helps though. For example, having some grilled chicken with brown rice for lunch instead of yogurt or veggies. I usually only eat warm food for dinner, but it helps to eat GOOD healthy foods instead of the borring ones.
It takes a while to be back on those jogging habbits especially after not running for 4 years. I'm so glad that you're back at it. Continue with the routine! Don't you feel better when you exercise and eat healthy food? Keep up the good work!
