5 Things to eat Whole-Grain instead of Processed White

A good, simple way to increase fiber intake is to switch from eating processed white to whole grain. Many things that we tend to eat regularly are now available as whole grain. Here is a list of five items to get started. So just make the switch, and when you are at the grocery store, hunt around and I am sure you will find more whole grain options available for some of your favorite foods.

1. Bread
2. Rice
3. Flour
4. Pasta
5. Pita bread
