If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, you’re going to want to serve these Apple Sundae’s up for breakfast every day! Almost like an “apple slaw”, you could use this mixture to top yogurt, pancakes, or even toast.
Apples can help regulate blood sugar. Kids won’t get the blood sugar spike, followed by a drop like they would if you gave them Froot Loops.
Pecans have good fat! Good fat in a child’s diet will help them stay full, longer.
Honey may help children fight allergies, and it’s soothing to a cough.
Yogurt is a great source of protein!

3 TBL. raisins
3 TBL dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. Lemon juice
