Here is a quick list of 5 foods which are not as well known, but still pack a good dose of fiber.

Pears

Berries

Pistachios

Popcorn (I am sure you won’t add butter.)

Lentils

I am always looking for food with extra fibre. I knew about lentils but not the others. Thanks for that!
I get the light kind with flavor but not butter. One mini microwave bag has 100 calories and only 1 Weight Watchers point! Good to know it's good for me beyond just satisfying my craving to munch!
