4th of July snacking tips

The 4th is a great day to spend time with family and friends, eat, drink and be merry.

Here's a few tips to help keep you diet regimen on track over the holiday weekend?

-Opt for low-fat dip, and use celery or carrots instead of chips.

-If you are in the mood for chips, consider wheat nachos. They're really good.

-Trade in the hamburger meat for turkey meat.
