Just letting you know that we are going to be back in the New Year and starting it right off with a 30 day challenge! This is going to be something that will kick your butt into gear, help get rid of the crap in your life (food and otherwise), jump start fat loss and set you on a path for a healthy and sustainable lifestyle in just 30 days!
We will even post more often (every Mon, Wed, Fri) with simple daily tasks, motivation and lessons for you. It may not always be easy, but we promise you it will be worth it! Just in time to get our goals and priorities in-line for the new year.
What do you need to do? Nothing but just check back on Monday for the start of it all and follow up posts from there on in (or you can also easily get them sent to you automatically via RSS or email by subscribing for free in the upper right column/icons).
