3-Day Salad -- Super Busy Life

Prepare a salad that lasts three days. Keep avocados, cheese, nuts and other potential perishables away. Add them when you dish out your salad as a snack or meal. All in all, I have been doing this for two weeks with great results. With my busy lifestyle: mom, fitness enthusiast and full-time writer, it's simple and effective. Salads give the body energy, alkaline and healthy nutrients. It's better than grabbing a sugary protein bar!
