This is one of my favorites! Not only because I’ve been able to consistently increase my weight But all of the benefits it brings as well.

Go pick up some dumbbells and give this exercise a try–it’ll definitely perk you up!
My set looked like this-
10 @ 20#
10 @ 25#
6 @ 30# -2 more w/a push from The Boo
