5 Stars Easy and tasty recipes
As I’ve said on the other Dana Carpender cookbooks I’ve purchased, these are easy recipes. They taste great and are low carb. In the 3 cookbooks I’ve rated of hers, she notes the carb counts and a few other counts at the bottom of her recipes. She explains ingredients in the front pages of the book. I’ve been cooking one of her recipes every night and I’m losing weight. My husband is too, and he’s had a difficult time of trying to lose weight.

And let me tell you, that recipe alone was worth the price of this book. Delicious! And low carb?? I’m sounding like an infomercial now, but after trying another low carb recipe book I really wasn’t expecting much better.

I use this cookbook all the time. I bought this and the 500 recipes book at the same time. I had to read the negative reviews and don’t agree. YEah some recipes are as simple as add fave seasoning, but sometimes people don’t think of doing that. I have a bunch of favorites and love all her cookbooks.

I love this book. My husband and I just started a low carb diet and this is making it so much easier. I also purchase the 500 low carb recipes and I highly recomend that book too. GREAT and FANTASTIC!

This book is wonderful. I use it everyday. There are tons of recipes to chose from. The recipes enclude chinese, American Mexican, Italian (minus the pasta). In one word the recipes are “Yum!”. If you are into low-carb eating this book is a must!!!! Eveything takes only 15-mins.
