I eat a salad twice a day (yup, I love salad that much) and all my salads are all about creativity! I just open my fridge and try to include as many flavours, textures and colours as I possibly can in every salad I make.
If you are eating a bowl of leaves and you are complaining about NOT liking salads, that’s because you need a whole new list of delicious, fabulous and tasty salads.
In my last post, I featured a long list of salads that are so tasty that you can turn them into a main course meal.
Now, I do realize that some people might feel that I’m skimping when I only offer 16 salad recipes, so when I saw that The New York Times had a compilation of their top 101 salad recipes, I almost went crazy with joy!
I mean, how can anyone continue eating boring salads when you have so many great ideas that are begging to be tested in your kitchen?
If you’re not big on cooking, then a salad is the easiest way for you to dabble in cooking.
