I'll admit ice cream is a weakness for me. I buy the lower calorie brands but, it's still hard to stay within the portion size. Thankfully Breyers has come out with Double Churn 100 calorie cups. One of these and some sliced strawberries or frozen blueberries are just the thing to satisfy me without going overboard.
