Workout routine, fats, dinner ‘routine’! Part 1

Hey everyone!! I’m excited to say that peanut butter beat almond butter yesterday! woohoo!!

Anywho- I’ve got Part 1 of my vlog today– I didn’t want to do the whole vlog because it would have been way too long, so I’ll break it up into parts!
