WORK-OUT TO STAY FIT

Dietary control is only half the work require to stay fit. Regular exercise helps to control weight, and aerobic exercise strengthen the heart. By following a good work-out regime, you can also control diabetes and hypertension which lead to coronary artery disease. Try jogging, cycling, brisk walking or swimming for 20 to 30 minutes at least four times a week and you'll see the difference.
