INSERT: 50 minute Leg workout
It was not too great- I hadn’t done a leg weights workout in over 2 weeks because of traveling so I had to lower my weights (or so it seemed.. Im now at my school gym so the weights are all different and it was hard to adjust to that) I still got a sweat in and my legs were tired but I didnt feel like I gave it my all or something.. it just felt WEIRD.. a weird workout- you get me? idk I’ll see- if my legs are sore tomorrow then ill feel better about it! means i got a good workout! (*CORRECTION: yes I just woke up and I am a bit sore-woo!)
Post workout: oats with protein powder and cinnamon
grilled vegetables and salsa + nanner (1.5 becuz i like big nanners!) and pb
