hey guys!! did you see Rachel’s post?  oh yeah.. i had TWO posts yesterday!

okay well i forgot about WIAW so this is going to be SUPER quick WIAW!

1/3  cup oat bran, banana spiruteen protein powder, stevia, nut butter

romaine, tomato , pickle, carrots, salsa, hummus, chicken!

mini ww toast with pb!

1/3 cup oat bran, cottage cheese, stevia, peanut butter!

nanner and pb (recycled photo)

the bomb.com snack.. egg whites, cottage cheese with stevia, salt and peanut butter! 

okay those are my eats~
